These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the tor55 platform. By registering an account or placing any bet or wager on tor55, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to every provision set out below. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use tor55. We enforce this strictly through our KYC verification process. Accounts found to belong to underage users are permanently closed and any balance forfeited.
Each player is permitted exactly one tor55 account. Operating multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or using another person's account constitutes a serious breach and will result in immediate suspension and balance forfeiture.
Identity verification (KTP Nasional, address proof, selfie) is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed. tor55 reserves the right to request updated documentation at any point for compliance purposes.
All financial transactions on tor55 — deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and displayed balances — are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit is Rp 50.000. No currency conversion applies.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable. The standard welcome bonus carries a 30x rollover requirement. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before completing wagering results in forfeiture.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any of the Services offered on tor55. This age threshold applies regardless of the minimum legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction you may reference. tor55 enforces this requirement strictly and without exception.
2.2 Capacity. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not acting under duress or undue influence, and that your use of the Services is entirely voluntary and for personal entertainment purposes only.
2.3 Geographic Access. tor55 is designed and optimised for players resident in Indonesia, including those located in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Bali, Yogyakarta, Semarang, Palembang, and Makassar, among other cities and provinces. Access from jurisdictions outside Indonesia is not actively promoted by tor55. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their access to and use of the Platform is lawful in their specific location.
2.4 Prohibited Persons. The following persons are strictly prohibited from registering or maintaining an Account on tor55:
2.5 Verification of Eligibility. tor55 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, address, and source of funds from any Player at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within the timeframe specified by tor55 may result in suspension of the Account and withholding of pending withdrawals until the matter is resolved.
3.1 One Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on tor55 at any time. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. tor55 will close all duplicate Accounts and may permanently ban the Player from the Platform without liability.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP Nasional), a valid email address, a valid Indonesian mobile phone number, and your date of birth. You must update your Account information promptly if any details change.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. tor55 is not liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.4 KYC Verification Process. All Accounts are subject to full KYC verification before any withdrawal may be processed. The KYC process requires submission of: (a) a clear photograph of your KTP Nasional (all four corners visible, text legible); (b) proof of current residential address (bank statement from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or CIMB Niaga dated within three months, or an equivalent utility bill); and (c) a selfie photograph in which you are holding your KTP Nasional visibly alongside your face.
3.5 Verification Timeline. tor55 aims to complete KYC review within four hours during standard WIB (UTC+7) business hours. In complex cases or during periods of high volume, review may take up to 24 hours. You will receive email and SMS notifications upon approval or if additional documentation is required.
3.6 Account Suspension and Closure. tor55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in cases where: false or misleading information has been provided; suspicious activity is detected; the Account is associated with fraud, money laundering, or any criminal activity; or the Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of closure due to player misconduct, any balance held in the Account may be forfeited.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. tor55 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels, all denominated in IDR:
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by Account tier and are as follows: Bronze Tier — Rp 5.000.000 per transaction; Silver Tier — Rp 15.000.000 per transaction; Gold Tier — Rp 50.000.000 per transaction. Higher limits may be arranged on a case-by-case basis for verified VIP players by contacting the support team directly.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via Indonesian bank transfer or e-wallet are typically credited to your tor55 Account within five minutes of payment confirmation. tor55 does not charge deposit fees. Any charges levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside tor55's control and are your own responsibility.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. The average processing time for verified Accounts is under five minutes. Unverified Accounts will have all withdrawals held pending completion of KYC verification. tor55 processes withdrawals only to payment accounts registered in the same name as the tor55 Account — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
4.5 Source of Funds. tor55 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds deposited into a Player's Account. This may include bank statements, payslips, or other financial documentation. This requirement is part of tor55's AML compliance obligations and is not a reflection of any accusation of wrongdoing on the part of the Player.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. A monthly administration fee of Rp 25.000 will be deducted from the dormant Account balance until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated by the Player. tor55 will provide reasonable prior notice via email before applying dormancy fees.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, and other incentives offered by tor55 are subject to the specific terms attached to that promotion as published on the Platform at the time of the offer, and to the general provisions of this Section 5. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over the general provisions below.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they — or any winnings generated from them — become available for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is expressed as a multiple of the Bonus Funds amount (e.g., "30x" means the player must wager thirty times the bonus amount). Standard wagering requirements are:
5.3 Bonus Validity Period. All Bonus Funds have a validity period during which the applicable wagering requirement must be completed. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that remain in a Player's Account at the expiry of this period will be automatically forfeited without further notice. Validity periods are specified per promotion and range from one day (Daily Reload) to thirty days (Welcome Bonus).
5.4 Abuse of Bonuses. tor55 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus in cases where: the bonus was obtained through misrepresentation or exploitation of a technical error; the Player has opened multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; the Player has used bonus funds to hedge bets or engage in strategies designed to manufacture a guaranteed profit irrespective of the game outcome; or any other activity constituting bonus abuse as determined by tor55 at its sole discretion. In cases of confirmed bonus abuse, tor55 may permanently ban the Player from future promotional participation.
5.5 Promotional Changes. tor55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn from specific player segments or geographic regions at tor55's discretion.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets and wagers placed on tor55 are subject to acceptance at the Platform's absolute discretion. tor55 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without providing a reason, particularly in cases of suspected match-fixing, technical errors in odds, or abnormal betting patterns.
6.2 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void by tor55 where: the odds displayed were the result of a manifest error (a clearly incorrect price materially different from the true market price); the event to which the bet relates is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the applicable settlement window; evidence of match manipulation or integrity breach is identified by a recognised sports integrity body; or a technical fault caused the bet to be accepted in error.
6.3 Sportsbook Markets. Specific settlement rules for each sportsbook market — including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup / Piala AFF), badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Indonesia Open), MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit), esports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire), and all other listed sports — are published in the Market Rules section of the tor55 sportsbook. It is the Player's responsibility to read and understand the applicable market rules before placing any bet.
6.4 Casino & Slot Game Rules. RNG-based casino games (including slot games, RNG baccarat, RNG roulette, and video poker) are governed by the rules embedded in the game software, which has been certified by an independent testing laboratory. The displayed RTP for each game is the long-run statistical average across all players and all sessions; individual short-session outcomes may deviate materially from this figure. No claim may be made against tor55 arising from variance in individual session results.
6.5 Live Casino Rules. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed professional studios. Settlement of live dealer game outcomes is final once the live dealer announces the result and the studio's own settlement system processes the round. In the event of a stream disconnection during a live game, the round will be settled according to the studio's official records.
6.6 Player Responsibility. You are responsible for all bets and wagers placed on your Account. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. You should verify all bet details — selection, stake, odds, and market — before confirming placement.

8.1 Ownership. All content on the tor55 Platform — including but not limited to software code, game engines, graphical assets, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, data compilations, odds algorithms, and the overall look-and-feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of tor55 and its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited Licence. tor55 grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, redistribution, modification, or creation of derivative works from any Platform content.
8.3 Prohibited Uses. You must not: copy, scrape, or systematically download any part of the Platform or its data; use automated tools (bots, scripts, crawlers) to interact with the Platform; reverse-engineer any game software or odds algorithm; or use any tor55 branding, trademarks, or visual identity in any context without prior written consent.
9.1 Privacy Policy. The collection, use, storage, and protection of personal data submitted by Players to tor55 is governed by the tor55 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.
9.2 Data for Compliance. tor55 processes personal data for the purposes of KYC verification, AML compliance, fraud prevention, and the provision of the Services. We may share data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and licensed third-party verification services where required by law or as necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform.
9.3 Marketing Communications. With your explicit consent at the time of registration, tor55 may send promotional communications by email or SMS. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting support or using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.
10.1 Platform Availability. tor55 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we maintain a target uptime SLA of 98.7%, we do not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to internet service provider outages, force majeure events, scheduled maintenance, or cyber-attacks.
10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tor55 excludes all liability for: loss of profits; loss of business or revenue; indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage; loss of data; or any claim arising from a Player's inability to access the Platform, whether due to technical failure, maintenance, or any other cause.
10.3 Cap on Liability. To the extent that any liability of tor55 to a Player cannot be excluded by applicable law, that liability is capped at the total amount deposited by the Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement. By using the Services, you acknowledge and accept that gambling involves inherent financial risk, that outcomes of games and sporting events are uncertain, and that you may lose all funds deposited on the Platform. tor55 is not responsible for gambling losses sustained through normal use of the Services.
11.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and the entire relationship between tor55 and the Player shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tor55 holds its international gaming licence. The laws of Indonesia are expressly excluded from governing this agreement, acknowledging the offshore nature of the Platform's operation.
11.2 Dispute Resolution — Internal Process. In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising from your use of tor55, you must first contact the tor55 customer support team by email at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link). tor55 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a final response within five business days.
11.3 Escalation. If a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process within 14 days of submission, you may escalate the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated by tor55's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available on request from the customer support team.
11.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or arbitral tribunal of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect.
12.1 Right to Amend. tor55 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be published at https://tor55.cam/terms-conditions with the effective date clearly marked at the top of the document.
12.2 Notice of Material Changes. In the case of material changes — those that materially affect the rights or obligations of Players — tor55 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to the registered email address on your Account, and via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage.
12.3 Continued Use as Acceptance. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
